Town Plaza Family Practice is part of the HCA Physician Services network in Kansas City. Our offices are conveniently located in the Medical Office Building adjacent to Menorah Medical Center, one of the HCA Hospitals in the Kansas City Metro Area.
The physicians and staff at Town Plaza Family Practice take a personal approach to your health care. Our goal is to provide quality care for your entire family in a friendly environment.
Our physicians are Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. In addition to Family Medicine, we also offer OB/GYN services.
All patients are seen by appointment. In most cases, same-day appointments are available.

Emergency/After-Hours Contact
For urgent matters after office hours, you may call our office number 913-345-3650 and the on-call physician will be notified.
We request that after hours calls be limited to URGENT situations only. We are unable to call out antibiotics or to refill prescriptions after hours. For a true emergency, you should call 9-1-1.
